i hope y'all have a happy weekend....we will be celebrating walker turning 2...does that mean i can no longer carry him...i'm having a hard time letting go of my last baby :)

i'd be lying if i said i didn't enjoy a good summer morning....it's so nice not to have to rush around to get the kids fed, dressed, and off to school....

back to life, back to reality.....do y'all sing that song after being away?  my husband and i do and then it's usually followed with an eye roll or a deep sigh.  i had the best week away.  we go to the beach every year with my husband's family.  this year we went to litchfield beach and it was so nice and relaxing.  i share my birthday with my nephew and so we had a batman party...and then my husband and i snuck away for a night in charleston (it's become a tradition since we moved).   there's nothing better then charleston- good food, good shopping, and good scenery.

i hope y'all had an amazing memorial day.  we had an extra fun time w/ our great friends at the beach....lots of sun, boat rides, pineapple drinks, and sleeping in.  a perfect way to start summer!!
